Kindra HireAI RECRUITMENT & TRAINING
Enquire
Everything you'd do at a PC — order the pizza, chase the invoices, organise the five-million-dollar fit-out — your AI staff now do. You keep the approve button. We recruit them, we train them, we install them.
AI recruitment and training. We recruit AI staff for the boring computer jobs in your business, train them like real staff, and install them where you work.
A chat box that nods along. A prompt pack. A body shop. A server and a handshake. A bot that spends your money.
Tell us which jobs you hate. Approve the money and the big sends. Go home at five.
Same staff, same training, same rule — you approve the big clicks. The only question is how much of your week you want back.
One AI staff member, one boring job list, installed in the tools you already use. The inbox. The quotes. The chasing.
A trained team leader and the staff underneath, working inside your existing systems. You talk to one person. The work happens.
A server that's yours. A trained team leader. Six staff. And a Trainer who trains them — and onboards the next one when you grow. Business in a box.
Most people hear "AI" and picture a text box. Here's what actually turns up.
Your staff live on your server, in Sydney, minded by Kindra. Your web name, your mail, your backups. Not a login on someone else's platform that can vanish on a Tuesday.
Done for you. Always. You never become the 2am IT department.
The team leader runs the crew so you don't have to. Hands out the work, checks it, and brings you only the decisions that need a human. Trained on your business before day one.
You ask once. The leader does the asking twenty times.
Email desk. Quotes. Phones. Store. Freight. Reviews. Social. Orders — whichever six eat your week. Each one is a named seat with a job list, not a general-purpose genie.
It feels like twenty who never clock off. It's six who never clock off — plus the two who run and train them.
Every seat is taught before it touches your work — literacy, the skills of the role, then your SOPs and your voice. When you grow, the Trainer onboards the new starter. You don't start from scratch. Ever.
A recruitment agency and a school, in one hire.
These are the asks from the film. Every one is a real computer job your business already pays someone — usually you — to do. Click any to hear it.
One email. The team leader breaks it up. The staff do it in order. You approve twice. Click a frame to hear it.
Good at the trade. Drowning in the computer. Every "I'll do it tonight" is another night. This is the bit nobody puts in the brochure.
Same business. Same you. The computer jobs now have staff. You still hold the money and the big client sends, and you still get the credit.
The parent company builds the automations and the apps behind the staff — designed so an AI team member and a human called Kev can both drive them. Different service, same people, same rules.
Every picture and every film here was made with AI, by the company selling AI staff. Somewhere a hand has six fingers. He counted. It still did his invoices.
Read the honest pageWe'll tell you which way in fits — one seat, a team, or the Superpower — and if the week doesn't need a full team, we'll say so.
One AI staff member with one job list, installed in the tools you already use. No new software to learn. No server to think about. Just the one desk job that eats your week — gone.
A spare pair of hands with a job list. Recruited for that job, trained on your business, working inside your inbox, your quoting tool, your store.
A chat box you have to prompt. A generalist that "can do anything" and finishes nothing. Unsupervised spend.
Name the job. Approve the sends that matter. Notice, around Thursday, that you haven't thought about it.
THE PAINYou know exactly which desk job eats the week. Chasing. Triage. The inbox. Quotes at dawn.
WHAT YOU GETOne trained seat on that one list, in your tools, reporting to you. Nothing else. That's the point.
For the owner who wants to test the water with one toe.
THE PAINThe website's from 2014. The marketing ideas never ship. The design bloke's on holiday. Again.
WHAT YOU GETA seat that produces — website ops, template-bound design, marketing that actually leaves the building. Inside your rules.
Usually the second seat, after trust on the first.
THE PAINYour tools are messy and you're not changing them. "It has to live in our system or it doesn't happen."
WHAT YOU GETYou screen-record the workflow. We build the seat into it. Quoted after discovery because every mess is different.
For the business with a system nobody's allowed to touch.
A trained team leader and the staff underneath, working inside the systems you already have. You talk to one person. They talk to everyone else. The work happens without you refereeing it.
A crew with a boss. A team leader recruited and trained on your business, plus the specialist seats it needs — email, quotes, phones, store, freight, whichever eat your week.
Six chat boxes you juggle yourself. A "platform". Twenty people on payroll. It's also not on your own server yet — that's the Superpower.
Brief one person. Approve the money and the big sends. Stop being the bottleneck in your own business.
Runs the crew so you don't have to. Breaks your one ask into six jobs, hands them out, checks the work, and brings you only the calls that need a human. Answers to you — never the other way round.
Email desk. Quotes. Phones. Store. Freight. Reviews. Social. Orders. Each seat is recruited for one job and trained on how you do it — your prices, your voice, your rules — before it touches a customer.
Money. Live client sends. Anything public. The team prepares it, the leader checks it, and it sits on your desk until you nod. "Always did."
Team leader + staff installed into the systems you already run. Fast to start. Priced after a chat, never off a menu.
Everything the team has, plus a server that's yours, six named seats, and a Trainer who onboards every new starter. Business in a box.
"Do I want this to be mine?" If yes — your server, your names, your growth path — it's the Superpower. If not yet, start here.
Your own server. A trained team leader. Six staff. And a Trainer who trains them and onboards the next one. Installed, introduced, handed over — done for you. It feels like twenty who never clock off. You still call every big send.
Team Setup, $35,000. AI recruitment and training at full scale: your own server, a team leader, six specialist seats and a Trainer — installed and running on your Own Stack.
A prompt pack. "Figure out hosting yourself." Twenty people on payroll. A bot that spends your money. A guarantee of page one on Google by Friday.
Send one ask. Approve the big clicks. Stop working nights.
Your Sydney server, minded by Kindra. Your web name, your business mail, your backups, one portal. Your staff live here — not on a rented login that can change its terms.
Done for you. Always. You never pay a host direct, never see a vendor panel, never become the 2am IT department. Monthly hosting is Kindra-quoted in the meeting.
Directs the six. Keeps the week on track. Learns your business — prices, customers, the way you say no — before day one, then keeps learning. Brings you decisions, not questions.
You ask once. The leader asks the other twenty times.
Scoped to the jobs that eat your week — web, design, studio, ops, client care, the inbox, the store, the freight. Each a named seat with a job list, trained on your SOPs and your voice.
The dream read is "feels like twenty". The honest count is six, plus the two who run and train them.
Literacy first, then the skills of the role, then your way of doing it. Every seat is taught before it touches your work. When you add a seat next year, the Trainer onboards it — you don't start again.
This is the piece nobody else has. A recruitment agency and a school, in one hire.
Trained like staff, not a blank bot. Every seat goes through the school before it touches your business — and the Trainer stays on to onboard whoever you hire next.
We recruit for the job, not "an AI". An email desk is not a quotes desk is not a store seat. Picking the right one is half the outcome.
Literacy — how to read, write and behave at work. Then the skills of the role. Then your SOPs, your prices, your voice, your don'ts.
Installed into your tools with the rails on. Money and live sends wait for you. The Trainer keeps tuning as your business changes.
The Trainer isn't a one-off induction. It's a standing seat that teaches every new hire your way of working, so adding staff in year two takes hours, not the three months it took you last time with a human.
Your quoting rules. Your follow-up cadence. The three customers who get the trade rate and the one who doesn't. The way you say no. All of it goes into the seat before the seat goes into your business.
How to brief a team leader. How to approve fast. What to never delegate. Half the owners we meet have never managed staff — this is the part that makes the rest work.
Not one bot. A crew. Each seat below is a real job in a real small business, and each one has a short film because people believe what they see. Click any seat for sound.
Hands out the work, checks it, brings you only the decisions that need a human. Answers to you — never the other way round.
In your voice, with your prices, before you've finished your coffee. You nod before anything leaves.
Your rates, your margins, your templates. Every quote sits on your desk for a nod, then it's gone.
Every enquiry answered, logged, and handed to the right seat. Nothing rings out at 4:59 anymore.
Listings, stock levels, order status, the "where's my parcel" emails. You were short forty. Now you're not.
Consignments booked, tracking sent, the courier that "never came" found. Rockets mean work shipped.
Happy customers get asked. Grumpy ones get a human-sounding reply you approved. Your rating stops being a surprise.
Posts, creative and campaigns that actually ship — inside your brand rules. Spend waits for your nod.
Purchase orders raised, suppliers chased, deliveries matched to jobs. The Thursday panic retires.
Order matters here. We don't install anything until it's been recruited and trained, and we don't train anything until we've mapped which jobs actually eat your week.
Twenty minutes. You tell us the jobs you hate. We tell you which way in fits — one seat, a team, or the Superpower — or that you don't need us yet.
YOUWhich boring computer jobs eat the week? We list them, time them, and match each to a named seat. This is where "I need AI" turns into "I need a quotes desk and a freight seat".
KINDRAThe right seat for each job. An email desk is not a store seat. The team leader comes first if you're getting a team.
KINDRALiteracy, role skills, then your SOPs and your voice. The Trainer runs the school. Nothing touches your business until it's passed.
THE TRAINERSuperpower only: your own server in Sydney — site, mail, backups, portal — minded by Kindra. Single seats and teams install straight into your existing tools instead.
KINDRASeats go into your inbox, your quoting tool, your store. You meet the team properly — not a login and a shrug. Handover in writing.
KINDRAMoney, live client sends, anything public — they wait for your nod. Everything else just happens. "Always did."
YOUKindra minds the stack. The Trainer tunes the seats and onboards the next one. The staff keep eating the grind. You go home at five.
KINDRA + THE TRAINEREvery picture, every film, every floral suit on this site was made with AI — by a company that sells AI staff. We know there are glitches. We left some in. That's the point.
Somewhere on this site a hand has six fingers. Possibly seven. He counted. It still did your invoices.
Now and then the floral print goes a bit geometric. He's not changed jackets. The machine blinked.
Brisbane has gained a building or two across these pages. Council has not been informed.
Occasionally he drifts somewhere near Auckland. He is from Brendale. We've spoken to him.
Here's the honest bit. AI makes mistakes. So do new staff. The difference between a mess and a business is whether somebody trained them, checks the work, and keeps the money button in a human hand.
That's literally what we sell: recruitment, training, a team leader who checks, and you on the approve button. If we hid the six fingers, we'd be selling you the chat box that nods along.
Kindra Hire is the AI-recruitment arm of Kindra AI, a Brisbane automation and software company. We got tired of watching good tradespeople and shop owners drown in computer work, and tired of "AI tools" that meant a text box and a shrug.
An AI seat should be recruited for a job, trained on your business and managed like a person. If you have to prompt it, it isn't staff.
Money, live client sends and anything public wait for you. It's a rule, not a setting. It's in every film on this site.
Kindra AI Pty Ltd · ABN 38 697 207 917. The bloke in the floral suit is a character. The company behind him is real.
Kindra AI builds the automations and the apps behind the staff — pipelines, integrations, custom software — designed so an AI seat and a human can both drive them without a manual. Different service, same people, same rules.
Name, business, and the boring computer work eating your week. We'll come back with which way in fits — one seat, a team, or the Superpower — and if you don't need us yet, we'll say that too.
The one page on this site with no jokes on it. Your AI staff live on a server that belongs to your business — Sydney, minded by Kindra — with your web name, your mail, your backups and one screen that does the job.
Your server, your name, your data. The home your staff live in. Site, mail, backups, portal — set up, watched and fixed by Kindra so you never touch a control panel.
A login on somebody else's platform. A vendor panel with forty tabs. "Here's a server, good luck." A hosting bill you pay to a company you've never heard of.
Nothing at 2am. That's the entire feature.
Most "AI tools" quietly make the owner the sysadmin. Something breaks, a certificate expires, an update lands — and it's you, at 2am, googling. On Own Stack that phone rings at Kindra, not at your house.
You don't need to see the plumbing. You need to see the three things waiting for your nod, and the eleven things that shipped while you were on a job. That's the whole screen.
Nobody believes "AI staff" from a paragraph. So we filmed it. Three short films, each one a different way of explaining the same thing: you ask, a trained crew does the work, you keep the button.
Eight seconds each. He asks his staffer for something ridiculous; she answers flatly, without looking up, that it's done; he grins at the camera. That's the whole format, and it's how we teach what each seat does. Click for sound.
It sounds made up. We know. Here are the questions every owner asks in the first ten minutes, answered straight.
No. A chat box waits for you to type. A seat has a job list, works your inbox, your quoting tool and your store on its own, and reports to a team leader. You don't prompt it. You brief it once, like staff, and the Trainer teaches it your way of working before it starts. If you have to sit there typing at it, it isn't staff.
No, and that's a rule, not a setting. Money, live client sends and anything public wait for your nod. The team prepares it, the leader checks it, and it sits on your desk until you approve. It's in every film on this site because it's the thing that makes the rest safe.
Anything you'd do sitting at a PC. The inbox, quotes, invoice chasing, phones and messages, stock and orders, freight bookings, reviews, social and ads, website updates, research, supplier orders, diary and bookings, and coordinating a big job across trades and suppliers. If it happens on a screen, it can be a seat.
Turn up on site with a drill. Guarantee page one on Google by Friday. Make a decision that's yours to make. It also won't be perfect — see the honest page — which is exactly why there's a team leader checking and a human on the button.
You can, but you'll end up managing six things instead of one. The team leader takes your single ask, breaks it up, hands it out, checks the work and brings you only the decisions that need a human. It's the difference between a toolbox and a crew.
Every seat is taught before it touches your work — literacy, the skills of the role, then your SOPs, prices and voice. The Trainer runs that school, and stays on. When you add a seat next year, or a job changes, the Trainer onboards it. You don't start from scratch and you don't re-explain your business.
Single seat: one AI staff member, one job, in your existing tools. Full team: a team leader plus the seats you need, still inside your existing systems. Superpower: all of that on your own server, with six named seats and the Trainer — business in a box. You can start small and move up without starting again.
Because it's the one product that's the same shape every time — server, leader, six seats, Trainer, training, handover. Single seats and teams depend on which jobs and which tools you have, so we quote them after a twenty-minute chat instead of guessing on a web page.
A server in Sydney that belongs to your business, with your web name, your mail and your backups on it, minded by Kindra. Your staff live there. You never pay a host direct, never see a vendor panel, and never get a 2am phone call — that rings at Kindra. See Own Stack.
No. Your business data lives on your stack and is used to run your seats. We don't pool it, sell it or feed it into a public model.
A single seat can be trained and installed in days. The Superpower is a proper setup — mapping the seats, recruiting, training, standing up your server, introduction and handover — and we'll give you the timeline in writing after the meeting rather than promise a number here.
The same thing that happens when a new staff member gets something wrong: the leader catches it, the Trainer fixes the gap, and nothing with a dollar sign or a customer's name on it went out without your nod anyway. If a seat goes quiet, there's cover — the work doesn't die with one bot.
Yes, but that's the parent company. Kindra AI builds business automation and apps — designed so an AI seat and a human can both drive them. Kindra Hire is the recruitment and training arm. Same people, different service.
Brisbane. Servers in Sydney. Kindra AI Pty Ltd, ABN 38 697 207 917. The bloke in the floral suit is a character; the company is real and you'll be talking to a human.
This site is run by Kindra AI Pty Ltd (trading as Kindra Hire), Brisbane, Queensland. Here's what we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.
If you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, business, email, optional mobile, and what you tell us about the jobs eating your week. If you book a meeting, the booking tool collects what it needs to book it. This site does not use advertising trackers.
To reply to you, book the meeting, prepare a scope and, if you become a client, deliver the service. That's it.
We don't sell your details. We don't add you to a marketing list because you enquired. We don't feed your business data into a public AI model. Client data lives on the client's own stack and is used to run their seats.
Only the providers we need to run the business — email, hosting in Australia, and the booking tool — under their own privacy terms. No one else without your say-so, unless the law requires it.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email michael@kindraai.dev and a human will do it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Everything on kindrahire.com.au is general information about what Kindra Hire offers. It isn't a quote, a contract or advice for your specific business. The scope, price and timeline of any engagement are confirmed in writing after we've spoken with you.
Where a price appears on this site it is in Australian dollars and is Kindra's client price. Whether GST is included is stated on the written quote. Other services are quoted after a discovery conversation because they depend on your jobs and your tools.
All imagery and video on this site were produced with AI tools and depict a fictional character and crew. They illustrate the service; they are not recordings of real staff, clients or results. Yes, there are glitches. See the honest page.
We promise recruitment, training, a team leader that checks work, and that money, live client sends and public changes wait for the owner's approval. We do not promise perfection, specific revenue, or search-engine rankings.
