What does recruit and train mean for AI staff?
We find the right AI staff member for a named seat in your business, such as quotes or the inbox. Then we train them: a literacy pack first, then the skills for that seat, then your SOPs, prices and voice. Only then do they start work, with a team leader checking.
Who trains the AI staff?
The Trainer. It runs the school every seat goes through before it touches your work, and it stays on afterwards. When a job changes or you add a seat next year, the Trainer onboards it, so you don’t start from scratch or explain your business twice.
Where do the AI staff work?
In the tools you already use, or on Own Stack, a server that belongs to your business with your web name, mail and backups on it, minded by Kindra. Single seats and small teams usually start in your existing tools. The Superpower lives on Own Stack.
Who approves the work?
