We interviewed them
so you don't have to.
Every seat gets the interview a real hire would get. The answers are short because the job is specific. This is the transcript, and it's the honest version of what a seat can and can't do.
So. Where do you see yourself in five years?
At your desk. Doing your invoices. Same as tomorrow.
What would you say is your biggest weakness?
I can't spend your money. I draft the payment, you tap it. I've made peace with that.
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer.
Acknowledged in sixty seconds, facts gathered, fix drafted, decision on your phone. You dealt with them. I did the paperwork.
Are you a team player?
I come with a Manager and up to five others. I ask them before I ask you. You get one answer, not six.
How do you handle a Friday?
Same as a Tuesday.
Salary expectations?
Enquire. It's in writing after the meeting. One seat starts smaller than the full box.
Where did you train?
Literacy first, then the role, then your prices, your customers and the way you say no. The Trainer signs me off before I touch your work.
Can you start Monday?
I started this morning. Your quotes are done.
WHAT THEY WILL NEVER DO · READ THIS BIT TWICE
No money moves.
No customer email leaves.
Not without your tap.
A seat drafts. A Manager checks. You approve. That's three people between an idea and your bank account, and one of them is you. It's not a safety feature we bolted on. It's how the thing is built.
The honest pageTell us the jobs
you hate.
A person in Brisbane reads it and books 20 minutes. We tell you if it's one seat, a team, or the whole department, or if you don't need us yet.
