If you searched AI staff Brisbane, AI staff Brendale, or AI staff Virginia, this is the plain map: Kindra Hire recruits and trains AI staff for SMB desk work, then installs them where you already work.
Northside industrial parks (warehouses, strata units, tradie yards, logistics near the Bruce Hwy and Gateway), are where a lot of our enquires start. The product is the same whether you’re in Brendale or Bundaberg: trained seats, Manager checks, you keep the approve button.
Servers sit in Sydney. A person in Brisbane still reads your enquire. Kindra AI Pty Ltd, ABN 38 697 207 917.

Do you work with businesses on Brisbane’s northside?
Yes. Kindra Hire is based in Brendale QLD, so the northside is home. We work with owners in Brendale, Strathpine, Virginia, Geebung, Eagle Farm, Pinkenba, North Lakes and Chermside, plus the rest of Brisbane, South East Queensland and Australia-wide. The work happens in your existing tools, wherever you are.
What jobs do northside businesses hand over first?
Usually the desk jobs that pile up after hours: the shared inbox, quote follow-ups and invoice chasing. Trades, freight yards, workshops and shops tend to start with one of those three, then add a seat for bookings, orders or the website once the first one is running smoothly.
How quickly can I talk to someone?
Call 0403 475 099 or send an enquiry. A person in Brisbane reads every enquiry and replies with two times for a 20-minute meeting. In that meeting we map the jobs eating your week and say which seat fits, or tell you straight if you don’t need us.
Who keeps the yes?
You do. Your AI staff draft the quotes, emails and invoice reminders, and a team leader checks the work, but money, live customer sends and anything public wait for your nod. It’s a rule, not a setting, so nothing goes out of a northside yard without the owner’s yes.

Tell us the jobs. We’ll map which way in fits (one seat, a team, or your own stack) and if you don’t need us yet, we’ll say that too.
