Is this just ChatGPT with a suit on?
No. A chat box waits for you to type. A seat has a job list, works your inbox, your quoting tool and your store on its own, and reports to a team leader. You don't prompt it. You brief it once, like staff, and the Trainer teaches it your way of working before it starts. If you have to sit there typing at it, it isn't staff.
Can it spend my money or email my customers without asking?
No, and that's a rule, not a setting. Money, live client sends and anything public wait for your nod. The team prepares it, the leader checks it, and it sits on your desk until you approve. It's in every film on this site because it's the thing that makes the rest safe.
What jobs can a seat actually do?
Anything you'd do sitting at a PC. The inbox, quotes, invoice chasing, phones and messages, stock and orders, freight bookings, reviews, social and ads, website updates, research, supplier orders, diary and bookings, and coordinating a big job across trades and suppliers. If it happens on a screen, it can be a seat.
What can't it do?
Turn up on site with a drill. Guarantee page one on Google by Friday. Make a decision that's yours to make. It also won't be perfect — see the honest page — which is exactly why there's a team leader checking and a human on the button.
Why do I need a "team leader"? Can't I just talk to the seats?
You can, but you'll end up managing six things instead of one. The team leader takes your single ask, breaks it up, hands it out, checks the work and brings you only the decisions that need a human. It's the difference between a toolbox and a crew.
What is the Trainer, and why does it matter?
Every seat is taught before it touches your work — literacy, the skills of the role, then your SOPs, prices and voice. The Trainer runs that school, and stays on. When you add a seat next year, or a job changes, the Trainer onboards it. You don't start from scratch and you don't re-explain your business.
What's the difference between a single seat, a full team and the Superpower?
Single seat: one AI staff member, one job, in your existing tools. Full team: a team leader plus the seats you need, still inside your existing systems. Superpower: all of that on your own server, with six named seats and the Trainer — business in a box. You can start small and move up without starting again.
Why is the Superpower the only thing with a price on the site?
Because it's the one product that's the same shape every time — server, leader, six seats, Trainer, training, handover. Single seats and teams depend on which jobs and which tools you have, so we quote them after a twenty-minute chat instead of guessing on a web page.
What does "your own server" really mean?
A server in Sydney that belongs to your business, with your web name, your mail and your backups on it, minded by Kindra. Your staff live there. You never pay a host direct, never see a vendor panel, and never get a 2am phone call — that rings at Kindra. See Own Stack.
Is my data used to train someone else's AI?
No. Your business data lives on your stack and is used to run your seats. We don't pool it, sell it or feed it into a public model.
How long does it take to get going?
A single seat can be trained and installed in days. The Superpower is a proper setup — mapping the seats, recruiting, training, standing up your server, introduction and handover — and we'll give you the timeline in writing after the meeting rather than promise a number here.
What if a seat gets something wrong?
The same thing that happens when a new staff member gets something wrong: the leader catches it, the Trainer fixes the gap, and nothing with a dollar sign or a customer's name on it went out without your nod anyway. If a seat goes quiet, there's cover — the work doesn't die with one bot.
Do you do the automations and apps too?
Yes, but that's the parent company. Kindra AI builds business automation and apps — designed so an AI seat and a human can both drive them. Kindra Hire is the recruitment and training arm. Same people, different service.
Where are you?
Brisbane. Servers in Sydney. Kindra AI Pty Ltd, ABN 38 697 207 917. The bloke in the floral suit is a character; the company is real and you'll be talking to a human.
