AFTER YOU ENQUIREDAY 0 → DAY 14

What actually
happens after
you hit send.

Nobody tells you this bit, so here it is in order. No surprises, no "onboarding journey", no upsell meeting on day three. Two weeks from a one-word enquiry to your first tap.

DAY0
A man in teal print points at a teal button on the table as someone in teal print holds out a page

You tell us the jobs.

Even one word in the box. "Quotes." "The inbox." "All of it." A person in Brisbane reads it the same business day and replies from a real address with two times for a 20-minute meeting. No bot. No pitch deck. No calendar with fake countdown timers.

DAY1–2
Two men in teal print plan at a glass wall covered in pink and teal sticky notes

The meeting. We map the pile.

Twenty minutes on Zoom or the phone. Which jobs eat the week, which tools you already use, how much of your Tuesday you want back. We tell you straight: one seat, a small team, or the full box, and if you don't need us yet, we say that too. Price goes in writing that day.

DAY3–7
Trainees in teal print write at desks as a man in teal print bursts up in teal smoke

Recruit and train. The school.

We match one AI staff member to each job: a name, a mailbox, a job list. Then the school: literacy, the skills of the role, then your prices, your customers, your SOPs and the way you say no. A Manager checks every piece of work before it ever sees yours. You'll get one email asking for the things only you know.

DAY8–10
A man in teal print plugs a cable into a server rack as another in teal print holds a coffee

Install. Switched on.

Your staff sit inside the email, quoting and diary tools you already have. Nothing new to learn. If you took the full box, your own server is live in Sydney, minded by Kindra, with your web name, your mail and your backups. You never see a control panel.

DAY11–14
A man in teal print rests his hand on a single button at the boardroom table as staff wait

You tap yes. It ships.

The first drafts land on your phone. A quote in your words. A reminder to the customer from July. A subbie sequence for Thursday. You read, you tap, it goes. Money and customer sends wait for that tap, on day 14 and on day 400. Rockets.

AND AFTER THAT Ongoing. The Manager runs the crew, the Trainer onboards the next seat when you grow, and a person in Brisbane is on the other end of the email. You never become the 2am IT department.
